You can check the status of your order under My Account. Here, you can see how far along your order is in the process and whether it has been shipped. Once your order is shipped, you can also track your package from this section.
If you haven’t created an account, you will receive both an email and an SMS as soon as your package is on its way. Additionally, you will get updates from GLS with a tracking number and a link to their website.
Once you complete your order, an order confirmation is automatically sent to your email. It can take from a few seconds to 15 minutes for the email to reach your inbox. If you can’t find the order confirmation, remember to check your spam folder. Contact us below if you still can’t find it, and we will resend it.
Yes, you can. Just select “Pick up at Pachia” when placing your order. Pick-up is available between 10 AM and 5 PM the next business day. Please note that we are an online shop, not a physical store.

Yes, you can! Return the item you wish to exchange, and in the meantime, place a new order for the item you want.
If your item has a defect, contact us by phone or fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page. We will ensure the product or defective parts are replaced at no cost to you.
